My pocket will.....LOL
I want High Speed Internet competition for TSTT, like cable internet or something.. and with cheaper rates, what TSTT is offering isn't really "High Speed" according to current world standards.
You'd think I didn't sign up for the service eh

I believe if you prepay for a year/two (and get the discount), no, your price is fixed. If you pay monthly then you would pay the updated price. You are just contracted to maintain service for whatever period.

you would have to benefit from the price drop because they cannot discriminate between customers getting the SAME product. Does the contract state the price? and does it state that the price is subject to review/change? Because if it does then that means it can go down ( or up, but not likely ). Only if they offer customized pricing to businesses then the price would probably remain fixed.
