Exactly every 11 hours and 45 minutes TSTT's ADSL service is taking me offline. A redial fixes the problem, but 'virtual' connections are all lost.

we can sum up TSTT's dsl problems in 2 categories:
1) poor line quality and filtering
2) misconfiguration of their firewall-1 NG firewall and routers (they don't know they've configured them wrongly".
time outs are still a problem due to ### firewall settings. The sysadmin knows about the problems but fails to correct them. This may be attributed to his/her lack of knowledge in firewall-1 configs OR he/she just does not give a damn.
You guys enjoy your fat paychecks and lazy attitude while you can because competetion is about to stop all over you.

btw, still no dsl! lol! but for the 10mins i got it for it was pretty fast!
