Blink Upgrade?

but why are the speeds that high? This happens to my 2MB package, but when downloading the actual speeds are about 220 KB/s which corresponds to the package. But why does speedtest report such high speeds and TSTT's and FLOW's speedtest reports a more... believable rate.

well tomorrow is the day Flow upgrading
anybody feel we getting ah upgrade too maybe 2Mb -> 6Mb :) that would be nice maybe even ah 2MB-> 10Mb
but then again is tstt so we might not get anything at all
