ok so dis the thing when i do speedtest.net i get a max of 4.5 connection. but when im downloading from dell website a few seconds ago both my netmeter and my downlaod manager indicate i was downloading at 800KBS pretty constant

Yeah I am pretty sure that is how it should be. Speedtest's not going to give you an accurate representation of your connection, download is.

this is how it works


wen your not using bandwidth intensive apps..they trottle down your speeds from the servers.

as soon u call upon that needed bandwidth..

BOOM!
it increases..

so speedtest eh go cut it..

its gonna increase and by then the speedtest will alrdy be over
