Since I migrated from TDMA to GSM (actually I lost my phone, so that was incentive enough), I've not received a printed bill in the mail, nor has a billing amount been generated for me on time. My bill date is supposed to be the 10th of the month, and to date, I don't think I've gotten a processed amount before the 17th or 18th.
Is there something wrong with the GSM billing systems? And why in heaven's name can't I get a printed bill like I used to with my TDMA phone? TSTT's call centre reps have tried to be helpful, but they seem to know as much about this as I do.
