Proxy DNS HTTP IP Loss of service

System detects two different IP addresses, one for DNS requests and a different one for HTTP (web browsing) requests. This could mean that your IP address changed as the check for a new IP address was being conducted. However, in many situations this means that your connection is being sent through some kind of proxy which will likely have an impact on your use of services. Check with your ISP to see if they proxy DNS or HTTP traffic. This is especially common with many wireless and satellite broadband providers.
Anyone can shed some light on this ?
