Disable TSTT firewall

I am interested in playing online gaming but was told that i have to call TSTT to disable my firewall..Is this recommended? Or is there another way i could work around this.

yes let them disable it asap and use a personal firewall

i donno y tstt wastes their time with that firewall for.everyone takes it off

Got my firewall disable this morning..The main purpose was for gaming..But i notice its 3 ports that are open while 1 is secure and the rest is closed but unsecure..Everyone told me once your firewall is working you are secure..I appreciate the speedy response from TSTT in my query.

except for the ppl who doesnt know about security software and goes "oh it better if leave tstt firewall as it is, im getting virus " :P
