Well as you all know FLOW had a major slowdown yesterday but it's back up today.
This is my problem since the slowdown:
I can d/l from RS at my max speed however when it comes to torrents that's another story.
I am on numerous private trackers however the max speed I seem to be getting is about 40kB/s even on well seeded torrents.
Even my upload stinks (about 30kB/s).
Are any others experiencing such a slowdown?
Is this FLOW's doing?
Even went to this site (http://broadband.mpi-sws.org/transparency/) and it says that I am not being throttled but I am skeptical.

EDIT: seems to be ok for now

Everything's back to normal.
Averaging 1.1 MB/s on quite a few torrents.

Still slow like hell. Maybe Flow should have stayed with the 6MB package where the internet was more reliable.

Pretty normal here when it was slow before. I say don't worry about it, seems to be temporary.

I'm wondering if the change more than just the speed. There's a post over at the TechJamaica where they said Flow has apparently adjusted their TCP/IP implementation over there. Maybe Flow over here is also doing some 'under the hood' changes like that?
