Help Me Paradyne 6211-I2 modem problems

amm, can anyone help me with THESE PROBLEMS. i got a paradyne modem for about a five weeks now, works great but i experience certain problems.
1) It disconnects periodically, i don't know wat is causing this, the firmware is 13-00-07 i believe.
2) I cannot find where to edit tstt's info, you know like the internet password , ipaddresses etc. i did it when i first got the modem, but like i can't see it anymore?!?!?!

can anyone help me here, because i really hate to go into tstt.

I am having the same problem. its always disconnects. my paradyne 6211-I1 with the latest firmwire. Please help

Did you upgrade your firmware yourself if so where did you get it , I know that the firmware on the zhone site had a problem .

ummm, do you think i am totally clueless, it was in the modems page itself i was talking bout, but anyways, it was actually missing, now i see it again, weird. but this disconnection problem, it's just totally annoying, wish someone could give me a reason or even better a working firmware for my 6211-I2 paradyne.
