Blink package upgrade....

Blink package upgrade.... ...has anyone here gotten their package upgraded ???

I reciently got blinked and wanted to upgrade my package from 256 to 512....but so far I have been running into some trouble.

I called TSTT on friday and informed them of my request and I was told 24hrs. The next day no upgrade took place so I called them again and was once again told 24hrs. The next day no upgrade took place so I called them once again but was told this time....that the upgrade would occur in a few days...

I called them today and I was told that the upgrade would actually take 2 weeks to be completed because they need to monitor my account to ensure that it does not revert back to the 256 before they can upgrade me............at this point I had a very confused look on my face...

Since I actually don't know anyone personally who has either upgraded or downgraded their package I'm not sure of how long the process should take.....

I had assumed it would take a day max !!!

Can any one shead some light of what may need to be done.....

reboot your modem...

if they did make the change to your account...

it will work once you reboot the modem...

i upgraded twice and down graded once and that's what i did

sadly now i have no connection for 10 days now...
