It's been a month or so since I last wrote here and I still don't have Blink. *major major sigh* but I digress...
I was wondering when you have upgraded your dialup account to Blink High Speed, and you experience one of the many downtimes that Blink seems to have, are you still able to dial up the old fashioned way or does upgrading disable your ability to do that? And if you can are there penalty charges for doing that?

You get unlimited dial up with your adsl account, so yes you can dial up if your broadband goes down with the same blink user/pass.
