HI everyone,

I'm having problems with connecting to Bearshare (which is a P2P network). I know for a fact that it is not a problem with my Norton Firewall nor the program itself because when I connect my laptop to my friend's DSL, Bearshare connects and works fine without problems. With my DSL at home, bearshare tries to connect but is unsuccessful. A red light always blinks saying "Hosts cannot connect." I think it's obviously some configuration with my modem that needs to be changed. Can someone advise me as to what I can do to get Bearshare to connect.

stating the obvious first .... did u tell TSTT to take off the firewall at their end?
