Firstly did you ask tstt to disable their firewall on your account.

If not you need to send an email to sysadmin@tstt.net.tt requesting to disable it. You will need to provide them with the following info in your email:
1. account username
2. Name of person the phone line is registered
3. phone number the ADSL is on
4. ID/License number of that person

If not just spend about 30mins to try and get through to tstt tech support and then ask to disable it.

Kash
