Well honestly, the speed has improved a lot. I was downloading at 200 the yesterday, 150+ today so I was happy with that. Uploading at 50. So seems as though things are normal. Hope things get better by blowing TSTT's crap service away when they relaunch.
Well they did say some areas were improved with some of the fixes they tried.

The speed for Flow's Internet for a 2 mbps connection in St. Augustine during the peak is below 128 kbps and it can fall below 56 kbps or stop all together. It has been getting worse daily and there are time it is as good as not having any Internet access. Flow has been nothing but a miserable experience. I would recommend TSTT with their new packages before Flow and I never thought I would say that.
Be wary of Flow because I don't think they know what they are doing but they need your money real bad.

This is also happening in the Cascade area. Either ISP has its problems. Even TSTT had this problem before Flow came out. They insist that it is something wrong with their network and not the bandwidth. Apparently they said some areas were improved last night and they were making some more changes today. My dl speed today has been around 4 to 6kb/sec, that should give you an idea how horrible things are here as well. I also have a 2MB connection.

Well mine has absolutly stopped now, nothing, nada...modem is still connected, just got 0KB/s...luckily I still have TSTT DSL for now.
Just called the service desk and asked what is going on...guess what he said....the administrators are working on it....LOL....so I said 'for three weeks'...Then I told him he didn't know anymore than I did.
Poor guy, calling FLOW is almost like sport now, its a joke.
Sad thing is, if they did a trace route, they would see there is a problem between two of their routers. 63.245.5.194 and 63.245.4.166. The ping times jump up between them. Well they probably know it already.

This is what Flow looks like tonight in St. Augustine and I hope it stays that way.

St. Augustine seems to be fine tonight but things really suck in St. Joseph. Reminds me of the days of 14.4kbps modems. Dialup speeds!!
