hello is anyone having problems with getting their router to work with the flow cable modem
flow has admitted that they have a problem with people connecting routers but its over a week now and they not solved this issue
any feed back would be welcomed
flow was working with routers up to last thursday since then no hope

What my friend eventually did (fed-up after waiting hours for router to work) was to assign a static IP to the router.
The MAC address of his computer's NIC had already been cloned to the router so all he then did was to copy down the IP address, gateway address and DNS addresses that the flow modem was giving to the PC (but not to the router) and setting those manually on the router itself (instead of relying on the Flow DHCP).
Now.. that IP belongs to the Flow DHCP lease pool so it will eventually be reallocated, but for now, it seems to work for him.
I myself haven't had a problem since, but the router has been on continually....

darn i tried everything settings and all no luck yet
router still wont work
flow sayin they doin a software upgrade this weekend 19th april
they say it should fix the router prob
its 3 weeks now router not work 4 me
however when they upgrading software on router they say modem lights will blink erratic and if u observe that dont reset ur modem
