Can any tell me if DSl is down, cause i live in san juan and have been off line for the past 1hr, been trying to get through to TSTT for the past 45 mins with no answer.

I seem to be having an intermittent problem where my phone line just goes dead for a few minutes....when it does come back my speedstream takes forever to train. Happened twice today...anybody else getting this? I'm in San Juan. Of course TSTT say 3 to 5 working days to sort out a line problem. I'll get withdrawal symptoms if I don't have internet.

Now get a call from a man from TSTT saying they was 'testing' the line

That is what is happening with me and they said the same thing it is a line problem but when i called yesterday they said some1 would come and check it today, but no such luck. Right now i am using dial up and it is killing me

I'm having trouble connectin it takes a long time to authenticate. Is anyone else experiencing this ?
