I have a cctv business in south trinidad. I had a guy that did the internet setup for me the last couple of years. Now he has basically disappeared and I need to start doing this work myself. I need to set up acess over the net for cctv systems using usually the blink modems and a linksys wrt54g router with dd-wrt. I will pay someone to help with this. If the price is reasonable I will even consider subcontracting the work, as I have seven setups to do at the moment and the list is growing daily. Any volunteers?

Hmmm... Nobody interested? $500 for the first person to get one of my camera systems online.

There has to be someone who knows this stuff. IT's supposed to be straight -up port forwarding but something isn't working. First answer that works = $500 (I,m up to 8 systems now).

That's cuz people feeling shame and don't want to look like pipers. :D All help on this website is for free. If you use dd-wrt then try using EoIP or VPN to create a tunnel to pass the cctv data. I have never seen the software that comes with these cameras so I don't know how they work for sure. However, unless they connect to a website to monitor the videos, you need to have a connection between the transmitting server and the receiving client which needs a tunnel or static ip or dynamic dns hostname else you may not be able to access it externally over the internet.
