A few days ago I received an SMS from TSTT: "Just a reminder from TSTT Mobile Services to settle your Arrears. If you have already paid, please disregard. Thanks"

Since for the first time I paid almost a month ahead, even it is called 'post-paid service' and as usual without a bill, while signing up for mzone on 22 July, I was pretty sure that I paid. Well, when I got the next SMS two days later, I was not sure if my payment at the TSTT Cellular Store was actually on record as the SMS stated: "This is a final Reminder from TSTT Mobile Services to settle your Arrears by 20th August'04. If you have already paid, please disregard. Thanks!"
Well, since I prett much need my phone and do not like to be disconnected while driving somewhere in the Republic, I went to the TSTT Cellular Store, lined up at the information desk and 25 min later I heard that there are no open arrears for my account. I asked the TSTT guy if I could use 800-BILL to get the latest balance and he told me that he wouldn't use it. When I asked him why I received two SMS to settle my arrears, he said that "TSTT sent this to everybody regardsless if they have poaid or not" ... mmmh.
I am REALLY looking forward to the new Mobile Services billing system!! Hope it will save my time as the current system wasted endless of my time in the past 16 month since April 2003 (intro of 'Multicycle Billing System).

... one more ... I need more power for my mpower phone that I can make phone calls from Westmoorings too!

I am not getting no bills now since month. At least does that lovely SMS tell me, that TSTT did not forget me.

And I know that it is time to pay my bill.

Soon I will start a good Phone line clear for everyone in Trinidad , Once I start doing this and give great service to people all the people will run to me and I would become a millionair without robbin people . Thanx for your lack of service TSTT prepare your Goodbye speech
