worm on a TSTT server Kinda critical

IS TSTT aware that there is/are worm/worms/trojans/backdoors on one or more of their servers ?
I actually block out everthing except what i need for my internet connection.

Problem is, the average user doesn't.

Another guy observed the same thing independently.

Now i don't want to give TSTT a hard time un-necessarily, but spending time configuring firewalls etc, is very time consuming, and while the worms and trojans are not normally excessively malicious, their mere presence on my PC's is irritating.

Why is this allowed to :1) occur 2) continue unabated.

What are the source IPs that these worms coming from?
