    I signed up for a tstt evdo account, about a month ago thinking that I would be able to view videos online. But for some unknown reason, It takes me almost half an hour to watch one video which repeatedly sticks before getting to the end. I would
    like to know if the problem is with my computer which is a TOSHIBA SATELITE A60 (pentium 4) laptop or if the problem is with
    my connection, which is supposed to be between 400-700kbs. Can anyone help me please?
