After a few years of GD with a 256, then a 512 and 1 meg. Flow went digital in Gasparillo, so I got a 25/1.5 connection, I don't really need that much bandwidth as (Most of us don't need that amount either) but I would rather have the overhead, so if I getting 5-15 megs at anytime I cool with that, the speed issues some people facing in their areas should never be used to credit or discredit the entire network (any Network), you maybe having slow connection speeds, while someone else has none, it works both ways and is not a problem just with Flow, it's an issue with Blink & GD also.
A few or more maxing out their connection (multi connection downloads, torrents, etc.) can eat away any servers resources very quickly, most of us take it for granted, but the infrastructure needed to facilitate these greedy people do have limitations, if 100 people in an area decide they downloading a large file and use a download manager with about 2 - 10 connections, that now becomes 200 - 1000 downloads and can be much more if we consider some maybe using some form of p2p, torrent, etc. and that's just in a small area so consider the entire country.
