About 2nd world status, this term was once in common use, it was used for countries that were under communist rule, however with the extinction of communism the term no longer had use. btw countries like cuba operate under a communist rule of sorts, it has exception not native to communism and so it is not considered to be true communism but it is still call communism because its the only type of communism left
Anyway lol, the reason why digicel doesn't have blanks is because their sims are not programmed in trinidad, they are preprogrammed in one of the other islands (jamaica i think) and shipped to trinidad.
