In Topic: Flow Outage
Posted 21 Nov 2012
Via @Flowtt
Further to last evening’s update, on Tuesday November 20, 2012, some Flow Internet and Telephone customers began experiencing intermittent loss of service, which continued overnight into Wednesday morning.
We have identified the source of the problem as unstable connectivity coming from three (3) out of the company’s seventeen (17) systems which are responsible for Internet and Telephone service connections (Cable Modem Termination Systems).
Our technical teams are working very closely with our vendors in an urgent effort to have full service restored. We understand the inconvenience this may be causing and take the opportunity to thank you for your patience and understanding. Another update will be provided later today or sooner if necessary.
Once again, we thank you for your continued support. -

In Topic: TSTT's Cable TV Service

IPTV is the next future of Television however this technology has been restricted by low broadband penetration and by the relatively high cost of installing wiring capable of transporting IPTV content reliably in the customer's home so lets hope TSTT is efficient in meeting its IPTV standards ....
While all major western countries and most developed economies have IPTV deployments, the world's leading markets for IPTV for now are France South Korea Japan, Italy, Spain, Belgium, China, Switzerland and Portugal. Slovenia, Romania, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Scandinavia and UK

In Topic: Serious problems with loading most websites with Blink <DELETED>
Posted 12 Feb 2009
TSTT's Blink has been very unresponsive since Sunday 8th February ... certain sites has timed out .. like hotmail .. facebook .. youtube and even TSTTproblems.com .. I live in the Newtown area POS.. and my exchange is near TGI POS... I am certain the problem is on TSTT Side.. When i unplug the modem or do ipconfig/release & renew webpages still timing out ... why is this happening ? When do u guys think TSTT will come out and apologize for their inconvience ... and calling Tech support is a waste of time ... This thing is worse than dial up !!!!!! !!
