Anyone else experiencing this for awhile now?

I use my connection mainly for MMO gaming and my latency is ridiculous and it is lagged like crazy.

Lately I have noticed this problem with my modem lights that occur randomly about once or twice everyday. 2 of the 5 lights disappear for about 3 to 5 secs and of course my internet freezes for those secs and then carry on as normal. I already called for a technician to come check the modem, but has anyone else experienced this before? I'm in Cascade area.

Internet went down for awhile tonight and just before it did the connection was very slow, it seems to be back up and still slow speeds.

Anyone ever get a timeout in their connection and have to do a power cycle of their modem and then end up with a different isp number? This just happened to me.

Does anyone have any idea what can be done about service not being provided or maintained? I'm talking about the horrible crappy DSL service I've been receiving as of late. Every night my speeds are worse than dial up. That is how bad it is and I am past the point of frustration. I am also past the point of complaining and reporting the problem to the engineers/technicians. I'm just wondering if there is something else that can be done besides cutting the service.
