Here's another one for you all. I called in 3 days ago asking for upgrade from 1mB to 2mB. They said allow 2 days. I called in tonite again 5 hours ago just to inquire if it was done because I didn't see any difference in speed and you never know. The guy said it was still at 1mB and then volunteered and said he could do it for me now but it would only take effect in 1 to 2 hours. I was ecstatic, so here I am now still waiting, same speed........ *sigh*. I once believed in hope but that's just a dream with TSTT. I'm going to sleep heartbroken now...... Good bye cruel world...........

I'm waiting 2 weeks now for TSTT to fix my landline.
Best part is it went dead when my neighbor's line was being fixed... most likely the technician disconnected it by accident.

Well you've only been waiting 2 weeks. Imagine my landline has been out of service for almost 5 months now. The 11th will be the 5th month. I have basically given up and when it fix it fix yes. I eh makin no more trips to thier offices or callin them. Thank goodness for cable internet.Them at TSTT are hopeless.

All yuh have it real bad. I dunno how all yuh living with dat yes. On de better side, my 2mB got connected, not 2 hours after as the call center guy said but approx.6 hours. I am still so happy they got it done in less than 24 hours. One thumb up, at least.

i havin my own problems wit blink in d sense da im registered as a 2Mb customer but im still gettin 256Kb (not 256KB eh...regular 256k DSL) an wen i call dem i get d same supervisor run around story.so i call back 62BLINK where a trini answers d fone before forwarding to india an i says to him "i eh wah speak tuh no indian right now...put meh onto one ah dem supervisor dat 20 ah dem indian tell meh dey reference meh to...i wah talk direct", an i talk to a supervisor after half hour waitin, an he says he passin wednesday...so leme see if he passin.
anyway i donno if this really deals wit d topic too much but i had my first experience wit FLOW by someone to setup dere whole neighbourhood wit wireless internet (well routing the 15Mb package to bout 5 people in a neighbourhood off one account) and i must say that FLOW IS D GREATEST!!! i love their modem too bad, battery backup, and well its not really a modem, its a bridge unlike TSTT crappy DSL bridge/routers dat dey call modems. it frustratin wit only 30max simultaneous connections (routable) unlike wit d FLOW bridge yuh cud get yuh 65535max simultaneous connections. it vexin dat d modem (paradyne and speedstream) TSTT givin we cah work in bridged mode.
i just so in-love with FLOW an jealousin da neighbourhood i setup.y cant FLOW be by me:( i wana be able to kill out all FLOW available public IP's an connect their bridge direct to meh switch an get 14 public IP's an no port forwarding an da shit required:(
