Since 7-February my caller id disappeared on both of my lines.
I reported it the next day, the following week and checked today (3 weeks after I reported it) the status about the problem.
The TSTT CSR said that apparently the POS West Exchange (622 + 628 numbers) are affected and they are working on the problem.
Will see when that is fixed. I pretty much rely on caller id as I have a record of numbers and can call people back.
TSTT recently fixed another open problem ... My voice mail notification did not work for quite a number of months and it started
suddenly working again about last week or so. Hope the fix for the caller id feature will not take that long.

Hola ... as my caller id mysteriously disappeared over four weeks ago, so it mysteriously appeared again this afternoon after 2pm on my main line. The second line still does not have caller id. One step in the right direction!
