My flow connection is down since around lunch time. Modem power indicator on and DS blinking (maybe a hint ... blink, blink ;-)
My Blink main connection took over and just have no load balancing anymore.

Update: Just found out that a T&TEC street light power line was ripped off by a broken bamboo ... and the brand-new flow fiber cable is burning the insulation down ... Fire Brigade extinguished the fire and T&TEC is now fixing up things.

Say what atleast FLOW go fix it within 5 working days.

Now when my TSTT copper line was down, it took TSTT 1 year to fix it, and BTW was not TSTT, I paid a worker who works in TSTT about $600 to check it out.

And when he came and fixed it you know what was the problem?

The copper line on the pole got slack and he just had to tighten it a bit.
Took no more than 5 minutes to fix.

So padner count yuhself lucky yes.

My internet is also moving at extremely slow speeds. Make sure to call in and report it.

I did and spoke to a very unprofessional csr. This guy has never heard of the hold button. They are inisting its my modem. I am not convinced. There must be a bottleneck somewhere on the network.

Funny, they insist it is my modem as well and I told him something is definitely wrong with their network somewhere.

Internet is really slow here too this evening (St. Augustine).

speed test (to Miami) 102K (supposed to be 2M) but I am getting proper up speeds (well almost) http://www.speedtest...t/246076249.png

But to the flow server I am getting (almost) full speed. http://www.speedtest...t/246077573.png

What ext do you use if you call flow? I tend to end up in an endless ad loop when I call.

Yes and alternatively you can also switch to load balancing (versus backup).

EXT 2002. The trick is when it goes back to the main menu just do nothing. Dont press any buttons just leave it. I wonder if they know about that flaw with their system.

Looks like the problem is returning around now. Back to slow speeds. It is fluctuating instead today going from around 500 to 1500 speeds.
