Is this for real ADMIN ? I was doublechecking the e-mail address to make sure it was authentic and it seems to be. Hope it is ! Looks like TSTT is really afraid of the competition that is coming soon :D

I know an Area in south that gets that speed (so unfair) but I must admit I was happy to read this thoough..

However I know my mom will opt to go for the 128 package they are "supposed" to come out with sometime. :( But I'll make GOOD use of it when they upgrade us

I'm also still getting 128.....wonder when they plan to upgrade us? Do we like have to disconnect and reconnect or something?

Yeah I still geting 128 too.

I called tstt and they said it should have been applied this morning but when he spoke to the manager, they told him certain areas havent been switched as yet and it should be done by the end of the day.

I am connected via the St. Augustine exchange and I am still at 128. I tried logging off and then back on but no change in speed. We still have a few hours left in the day so we shouldn't panic just yet :) Maybe I will give them a call later.

I just have a feeling only certain areas will get the increase and the rest of us will have to wait.

If TSTT announced that they were increasing bandwidth on Jan 19, then technically that process should have been completed by, say, 8am on Jan 19, no? That is good business.

My inside source at TSTT told me today that the system had to be re-configured manually, which is why my speeds still sucked at 10am this morning. Which, of course, is an explanation, not an excuse. They could have simply said Jan 20 and surprised customers by actually increasing speeds on Jan 19 and created some much-needed goodwill.

But from all appearances TSTT are clueless about both PR and goodwill.
