Upgrade only at 15MB

getting about 20 in south if I try to max the connection (by increasing the number of connections to server). Speedtest.net showing variation in the range of 15-20 Mb/s on the local server, 5-15Mb/s on the US based ones. FTP downloads vary quite a bit depending on source (200KB/s to 1MB/s seems the range).

Not complaining because we're technically still being charged the price for the old 10Mb/s package ($350) instead of $399 for Turbo 25. And they're still in the process of upgrading.
