[Santos]

Lately I have noticed this problem with my modem lights that occur randomly about once or twice everyday. 2 of the 5 lights disappear for about 3 to 5 secs and of course my internet freezes for those secs and then carry on as normal. I already called for a technician to come check the modem, but has anyone else experienced this before? I'm in Cascade area.
