this is a new service for T&T. There u can download ringtones for your GSM phone.
this is the only provider for ringtones for gsm and people in T&T right now. To send a ring with the public gateway will not work for gsm.
The ringtones there are not for free. You need a downloadcode for downloading. you can purchase the downloadcode in several cell shops.
Anyway, free ringtone websites are closing or becoming pay sites because of the copyrights and the costs.
