I am always quite amazed that as a NetExpress customer I have to read the local newspapers instead of my email, to find out that TSTT is informing their NetExpress customers about problems. Two full page ads in todays newspapers are warning about the W32.Sobig.F@mm enail worm ... They maybe should spend that money in customer service like a 'ticket' system, were each reported incident is online trackable. Part of a CRM solution ...
Anyhow, this worm is really bad and our server based junkmail/virus filter collected already over 50MB of this annoyance.
