Since about March/April TSTT introduced this Multi-Cycle Billing for their post-paid Mobile customers "As part of our continuing efforts to improve the quality of our service to you".
Well, my experience so far:
- I never received the bill in time (weeks after, sometimes even after the due date)
- I always first have to line up to get the bill printed (surprise bill) and then to line up again to pay (sometimes on the Express line if possible)
I am right now totally lost with what I have to pay and not!
Why can't they provide a website where I can check my current bill, like they have for NetExpress? Or get a voice activated system telling you on a toll free number what your bill is or get the amount due via sms or ... Nothing! Or at least nothing I am aware of.
Well, I presume other cell providers will bring that too.
