ADSL seems to be down in my area since 6:50am this morning. The main router 209.94.205.25 does not anymore answers to any ping's from anywhere. Dialup working OK. After dropping the connection a few times, ADSL seems to be back again. ... and down again. Am I by chance the only one with this problem?

Same here (St. Augustine). Not sure what time it started but right now my dsl is working on and off. TSTT DNS server (196.3.132.1) seems to be down too, right now I'm using a DNS server in the states and at least now I can access websites, although the connection is very unstable.
I have a running ping to google.com right now and it keeps pinging fine for about 20 pings and then timing out for a few. Very weird.
Anyway, hope TSTT gets this sorted out,
Stephen.

Yup, pinging works for a few seconds and then it stops. Have 40-70% packet loss when doing pings to my US server. Could not find any pattern in this behaviour. I use my own DNS server for some years. Strange ... I cannot ping 209.94.205.25.
Get plenty packet loss when pinging e.g. www.yahoo.com:
--- www.yahoo-ht2.akadns.net ping statistics ---
82 packets transmitted, 27 received, 67% packet loss, time 84551ms
rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 121.098/124.403/156.133/6.929 ms, pipe 2
While I have no packet loss pinging www.tstt.net.tt, but I get slow response:
64 bytes from 196.3.132.8: icmp_seq=30 ttl=125 time=7.21 ms
64 bytes from 196.3.132.8: icmp_seq=31 ttl=125 time=67.2 ms

Well, it seems that ADSL continues to be up and down .... just lost all my connections again. Hope somebody is working on a fix!
Yup, I'm suffering around 15% packet loss in Diego Martin right now. Can't maintain SSH or any sort of constant connection to anything
