As a TSTT NetExpress customer I am amazed everytime on how TSTT is informing their paying NetExpress customers. I am subscribing to Internet services to use email, browse the web etc... But I simply do not understand that the ONLY source of information TSTT provides for NetExpress customers are the local Newspapers. What happen when I am not in the country for a few days ... I will miss the information! Again, I just found a full page ad in the Express 'Customer connections - The latest news on how TSTT is keeping your world connected' ... Well, it seems they do not know how to use their own products! I would rather get an email from them, informing me about the latest, instead of finding by accident an article in the papers.... 'Major E-Mail Upgrade', 'TSTT Helps Nation's Libraries get on-line' etc.
I do not see that TSTT is spending my money in an effective way. Beside rent, telecommunications cost is almost in second position when it comes to expenses for me.
