tstt robbing me charging for auto-reply blank texts

I have a prepaid tdma phone,a friend of mine has a prepaid gsm phone. Everytime she texts me,she gets a black text from me right away. And guess what, each blank text costs me 50c. That's just ridiculous. I called tstt this morning and they guy said I'm not the only person it was happening to and that he passed my info to the techincians. I didn't loose much money,but that fact is money was wasted and I very much doubt tstt will reimburse me. Has this happened to anyone else?

most likely she has the read relpy opyion "on" in the setting of the phone ... it used to work perfectly but not again

Ok it worked for a day,then next day samething.
