I was just reading that TSTT is subsidising Internet access for schools and libraries. I good step into the right direction to open the almost infinite library called Internet for students.
Hope this is not just a temporary marketing gig and they keep these connections alive (unlike NetExpress station at TTPost offices). They might also need to install parental control systems to keep things nice ... hope they thought about that.
