Situation 3: Lines down in Rio Claro, One hundred calls, 3 weeks plus, no fix!

Following an oil discovery in Cushe earlier this year, it has become necessary to transport huge equipment via the Rio Claro Tabaquite Road.
Big trucks+low lines=no phone!

For the last 3 weeks of writing this much of Devin Drive Rio Claro and surrounding areas have had no telephone service. Up to now TSTT cant get around to restore the service. Wow.
