phone line never worked and is being bill for problem with your line

[B][COLOR=blue][FONT=Arial][SIZE=7] :angry: I applied for a phone line 1 year ago...
It only worked for one day ..it was for internet uses...Tstt never came to repair this line ,after hundreds of calls i made to them ....
But i ask myself everyday ,,why am i being billed every month for a phone line that never worked..i called them and they told me about 7 months ago that "they are working on it " sure ...
I am not paying that bill for nothing
