‘CLICK’ SERVICE - COMING SOON!
Flow’s ‘Click’ Internet service allows you to check e-mails, browse the World Wide Web and download files, all in the blink of an eye.
This service is supported by the state of the art digital technology, the same technology that delivers digital cable and landline telephone services.
Flow has already begun its TT $1 Billion re-build project, which will see the entire analog network being re-built to accommodate a state of the art broadband network. The ongoing re-build project will result in the complete upgrade of the current analog system to a digital broadband platform, which will facilitate the provision of triple play digital services- cable TV, high speed Internet and landline telephone services.
Our new digital service offerings will be rolled out on a phased basis, area by area across Trinidad, over the next four years.

Well, what a coincidence ... Today I cancelled my cable subscription (analog of course) after 8 years as I am relocating within Trinidad and simply cannot stand the awful and every day more dilapidatiing quality of the 'flow' service. Rainbow did a good job years ago and then it went down with every day. Somebody already suggested a flowproblems.com or columbusproblems.com site or so ... maybe a good idea.
Maybe in four years time when digital 'flow' is available in my area I will be interested again.
Well, and one more thing ... this board is about TSTT issues (often also known as problems) and not really about advertising other companies.

Well that's true but when the board was started TSTT was the only major company in the telcom business, for internet and telephone. As these new companies/options emerge (Columber, digicel, laqtel etc), it seems kinda natural to discuss those too. I mean I know there is a digicelproblems.com too but there are only about 12 people there compared to hundreds on here. So it seems like this site is kinda becoming TrinidadTelcomProblems.com instead, lol.

or just unite all of them into multiple forums on this site.
So you can have a tsttproblems group forum, digicelproblems group forum, laqtelproblems group forum, columbuscommproblems group forum, wasaproblems group forum, T&Tecproblems group forum and a Governmentproblems group forum. I like the last one best

Sounds like a nice idea ...
But with all these problems in one place I guess my server will have to be reinforced and must have about 100 times to power as now ;-)

mmh, is flow, a Service of Columbus Communication already out of service?
When I dial 625-2288 (the number on the latest letter/announcement from flow), I only get: "The number you have reached is not in service. This is a recording." This is the same number they show on CH2.

Sounds like a great idea. And if you do need to upgrade your server I'm sure some of the users here (me included) would be able to help out.

wait...the domain tntproblems.com has already been registered and assigned to the site? (since 28-Jul-06 via godaddy.com) cool...nice work admin.
The different subforums shud be assigned to subdomains (such as digicel, government...whatever else..etc...)
Its good to see members valuing the site enough to be willing to chip in.
