Cuz they're stingy and stupid.
They limit themselves from making money just so they can class their customers differently.
They want to give off an impression that post-paid customers are valued more than pre-paid cuz they get these extra benefits.
Hence causing u to take up a 2year contract with them and you're abused and butchered over the next 2 years conforming to whatever they say and there's no getting out unless you're willing to pay the penalty fee.
Thats why they remove all those features which should be activated and you simply pay for it out of your credit.
