I switched to GSM 3 months ago since I get my 100 minutes package for $161 instead of $247 with TDMA. Now I am saving even more ... since it seems I am trying to use the phone mostly outside of the TSTT network, like in Long Circular Mall, Westmoorings by the Sea etc. I never cross the 100min at all.
And within the last few month TSTT could not resolve my voice mail notification problem. I do not get a notification anymore after a new voice mall has arrived. I called them (YES, I actually got through one time!!) ... and now I cannot even get into my voice mail box ... Will try next time after I find a GSM cell. It seems these cells are still microscopic.
Apparently when trying to switch back to TDMA, TSTT 'cannot' assign the GSM number ... mmh. I very much dislike the switch to GSM!!!! Maybe I should pause my m100 contract until it is usable.
