david.stewart@cw.com - Apparently this person is in charge of the Public Policy for C&W in the W.I. He seems quite adept at not answering querries, particularly from Trinidad & Tobago
cw.regional@cw.com - Supposed to be the address for C&W W.I. operations. Again, no answer.
maybe the ops could clear this up?
