It seems normal in St. Augustine but I can't say if it was like this earlier.

I wonder what they mean by that. Are they referring to the Trinidad-Curaco route (which is already being used, judging by the traceroutes), or the US-Colombia expressway? Either way, this is good news.

Keep in mind, right now its sharing TSTT bandwidth as well as getting what they can from the ARCOS link. I believe all the shut downs and what not are coming from TSTT testing their ADSL2+. I believe in October the ARCOS link will be fully complete and FLOW will no longer need to share any bandwidth with TSTT. Hopefully after that when one shuts down or is upgrading, the other stays up.

There are 2 ARCOS landing stations in Macaripe. Only one is being utilized and the other will be used in October.

I had real bad speed problems since Sept. 12th or 13th, can't remember, but the amazing thing is TSTT dialup was actually working, so I used that. For the last 2 yrs I could dialup and... nothing (is d company account, not mine). Once in a blue moon it would work for a bit b4 it seize up. I figure is all the companies in the area using all d bandwidth. I thought the difference in service all of a sudden is because all d companies gone with Flow.

By the way, how do you access the web broswer configuration for the Flow modem?

Can you do anything useful in there if you are on the unlimited hours package or is it just connection info?

Does not work for me. I didn't think it was intended to have a web page configuration with the Arris Telephony Modem.
