    It pains me to say that I more than likely will go with Blink because it is annoying having your downloads max out at 25 kB/s.

    I am in the Barataria area and believe that FLOW is throttling bittorrent traffic.

    If that is the case, I more than dead.
    Currently have more than 1 TB d/led in utorrent and counting.

    Everything's back to normal.
    Averaging 1.1 MB/s on quite a few torrents.
