Well this guy said that with the rate we are going with Internet in Trinidad that in order to reach vision 2020 we will have to wait till about 2060.

man it seems that I might be grandpa before we even see anything higher than 512k internet in Trinidad.

How could a country like India who can't feed themselves still provide free broad band internet to the public?
