Hey, I was having that same problem and i was on the 10MB package. You tube use to fly before, now it crawls.i immediately switched to flow and even flow on the 2 mb package, youtube flies. I have downgraded my blink package and upgraded my flow package to 10MB. 10MB with flow is now $349 a month. Un believable. Tstt is ripping off people. I download at 1.10MBps , with the 10mb package with flow. Blink use to show me speeds of 14000kbps to 15000kbps when i tested but i never once downloaded at over 1mbps, with flow it is constant and does not fall off. Blink is in a mess. They will never be able to compete anymore, before blink use to be faster but flow sorted out their problems and now they are always fast especially at streaming video, anytime anyday.
I will never pay for Blink's 10MB package again

Ok Guys, I have some disappointing news. Flow lost the game with respect to sustained downloads. All the speedtest sites measure burst Speeds, so at flows website the 15MB connection checked out just fine. However when i do the following test, ftp://ftp1.optonline.com/ the blink gave sustained download speeds of 865kbps while the flow struggled along with barely over 200kbps. It appears that flow is giving you super fast web browsing at 15mbps BUT they throttle the downloads. Streams like youtube and HD Streams work fine on flow and also on BLINK but BLINK overall works great. I was really disappointed with flow especially since i waited so long for it . Now i will be cancelling it on monday. All my speedtests check out fine so i know that it is not a problem with my location. The blink pages actually load instantly while the Flow lingers a bit before completely loading. I guess if you did not have Blink before getting flow you would think that flow is extremely fast but having it before proved that it is NOT all that. I would like if anyone else on the 15MB flow to try out the sustained bandwidth test and post their results. All you have to do is download the file and read the average time for the file size.

Well i Called flow yesterday and downgraded it to the 2MB just to use as a back up internet service and also for the phone line. I asked the person i spoke to about the speed i was getting and he said that all work has been completed and not to expect any speed increases and that that is how the flow service is because when i did the test i was getting the full 15MB. Apparently they throttle the speeds for sites that are not used as often or they have some sort of large proxy server. JUST AS I THOUGHT. I am sticking with BLINK all the way.Always fast, pages load instantly compared to flow which is too sometime ish.At least i am getting true internet speeds and not selective internet speeds for certain sites. I think the only reason they can afford to sell their service at such a low price is because they are not really giving us the advertised bandwidth at all times. The connections are not opened entirely to the INTERNET but selectively opened.
