Hi, Well i have had the Blink 10MB Package for the last Couple Months. The following are my speeds:

I got a phone call yesterday from Flow saying that they are now in my area and that i can now get flow broadband internet. I signed up for the 15mb package. I will be running both packages for about a month to see how they hold up against eachother and i will post the results on here.I aim to get the best possible braodband packages at all times . I noticed recently that the speed of my DSL has slowed since i was initially put on the 10mb package. I guess TSTT is over subscribing the Blink network with out compensating for the increased traffic.Over the next few days starting on saturday the 2nd August 2008, i will post the results of my tests. Overall FLOW has started off on a good note due to the fact that distance is not a factor with respect to you house location, and also that the upload is twice and sometime 3 times as much as Blink. If there is anyone else in my position , please feel free to post results that you are receiving.

The thing is even though my Blink line is capable of Over 20MB connection all i receive is the above results which means that the Blink Network itself is slow . When i do a Test at blink's website i get 15mB but when i test at speed Test .net in Miami i get the above. I am anxious to do the same test with Flow to see the true speed. From results i have read, Flow generally has significantly lower ping times.

I am wondering if anyone knows when blink is going to reach san fernando. San Fernando is one of the two cities on the Island, i would think they would have upgraded it a long time ago. I call every day for an update but no one seems to have a clue whats going on at that exchange. I heard Gasparillo has it already.SO WHY NOT SAN FERNANDO. Well the website says Nov to JAN so i guess they will take their time til Jan and probably after. Thats TSTT for you. If Flow comes , i will definitely cancel Blink and go with them. If anyone knows anything please feel free to let us know. Thanks
