    I see they (TSTT) just made an announcement in one of the sections here.. pricing looks pretty good for unlimited packages. I personally prefer ADSL over Cable anyday!

    my contact at TSTT said they were testing their new ADSL services and that they were getting speeds upward of 6MB consistently.. this is when I fainted...

    I have had terrible experiences with both TSTT and Flow. At TSTT, you're correct.. the HelpDesk hardly answers the phone and when they do, most of the time they are little help. As for Flow, i had major problems when they came to upgrade my Cable TV service and was without cable for a whole week, while I was calling their helpdesk daily for assistance - same problem, VERY hard to reach someone, and when I did, they were very little help. They both suck as far as helpdesk service is concerned..

    Man I'm just happy that Flow is stirring the pot down here and waking TSTT up... something great is bound to come out of this...
