    hmmm i also have the axess tel device for about a year now. I complained about the device via the telephone maze, and was eventually introduced to a Mr. Kumar Singh. The name sounded a little fishy, so I am not sure whether i was victim to a prank by tstt reps.

    Anyway I emailed axess tel support about my buggy firmware with limited port forwarding, and they replied that they have already released a new firmware patch for the device (remember that this was a year ago). Axess tel support also informed me that they cannot release the patch directly to me, but I can obtain it from my ISP (the horror!!!). I called Mr Kumar Singh and had a lengthy conversation about it after he came to the conclusion that all the axess tel devices had the same problem. He said that he will also try to contact axess tel about it, and CALL ME BACK!!!

    Of course he did not! 5 reminder calls afterwards, I gave up on tstt tech support. And settled for the mediocre service that is the norm from tstt...

    One thing though mario, u said that you had your device repaired by axess tel? How was this achieved? Maybe I can try the same.
